Upon receiving your application to incorporate we will apply to the Companies office for approval of the name of your company.

We normally expect to have confirmation of name approval within an hour and will forward you the Directors and Shareholders Consent (s) for execution by those concerned.

If you then return these consents we will complete your company incorporation, forward you an electronic copy of your Certificate of Incorporation. An original copy will also be posted to you along with your Company Constitution and Company Opening Minutes to be completed and placed in your Company's minutes book.
